三种气体信号分子在动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的相互作用 被引量:5

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是冠心病、脑梗死、外周血管病等众多心脑血管疾病的主要病理基础。目前发现的三种气体信号分子一氧化氮、一氧化碳与硫化氢在动脉粥样硬化中有调节血管张力,抗血小板在内皮细胞中的粘附,抑制血管平滑肌细胞的增殖和迁移等作用。在动脉粥样硬化形成的过程中,它们两两之间起协同或代偿作用,抑制动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。
