电动工具人才匮乏是制约电动工具企业发展的重要瓶颈,介绍金华职业技术学院电动工具专业的人才培养方案、人才培养模式、人才培养实施以及近年来电动工具专业建设取得的阶段成果。

Talent shortage in the major of electric tools is an important bottleneck which restricts the development of the enterprises in this field. This paper introduces the talent training program, training mode and the training implementation in Jinhua Polytechnic, as well as the achievements at the current stage.
