摘要
介绍了中国大陆PTA行业先进的工艺技术指标和先进技术水平数据,介绍了PTA氧化促进剂的应用、延长PTA压滤机在线时间、延长氧化干燥机碱洗间隔时间、氢气回收系统等先进技术应用情况,提出了PTA精制单元废水回收、超声波防垢器在PTA换热器上的应用、PTA衍生物产品的开发及应用研究等未来技术的方向和面临的问题,提出了PTA工厂如何应对新国标《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》的建议。
Introduced China PTA industry advanced process technology index and advanced technology level data, introduced the application of PTA oxidation accelerator, extend the PTA filter press online time and prolonging the oxidation dryer alkali wash interval, hydrogen recovery system and other advanced technology application situation. The direction of the future technology and the problems need to be faced such as the PTA refining unit wastewater recycling, the application of ultrasonic anti fouling device in PTA heat exchanger, the development and application of PTA derivative products are put forward. Suggestions are made for PTA factory on how to deal with the new na- tional standard petroleum and chemical industry pollutant discharge standard.
