摘要
对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)的生产过程中,主要工艺参数:酯化釜酯化度、预缩聚黏度、终聚釜的进口温度、真空度、停留时间、进出口搅拌器转速等因素的控制,做了一系列探讨,为保证生产稳定运行,得到黏度稳定的PBT产品提供了参考。
In order to provide a referrence to produce the viscosity-stable PBT product,the author took a series of discussion about the main process parameters in PBT production,such as esterification degree,viscosity of prepoly- condensation, the inlet temperature, vacuum degree, residence time of final polycomtensation, inlet/outlet agitator rotation speed of Disc Ring Reactor and so on.
