介绍了亚东石化(上海)有限公司采用变压吸附方法回收PTA放空废气中氢气的工艺流程、系统运行碰到的问题和工艺优化措施、项目实施产生的经济效益和运行中的注意事项等。
An exhausted hydrogen recovery unit which adopt Pressure Swing Adsorption （PSA） technology to er hydrogen from PTA vent scrubber were built in OPSC. The technological process, the problems which met recov- during design and commissioning as well as matters need attention during operation, the process optimization measures and economic benefits of this unit was introduced.
