摘要
在PTA装置DCS控制系统基础上,经过自主研发,开发完成氧化反应器保持后处理辅助程序并成功应用,将反应器保持作业的后续人工手动操作转化为程控操作,避免了误操作,提高了装置自控操作水平,取得良好效果,对于PTA行业科技进步具有一定的借鉴和推广价值。
On the basis of DCS control system in PTA plant, through the independent research and development, the oxidation reactor maintain post processing auxiliary program was developed and completed and was successfully applied. The follow-up manual operation of the reactor keep work was converted into a program controlled operation, which avoided the mistake operation, improved the automatic control operation level of the plant, and obtained good results. Certain reference and promotional value was provided for the PTA industry science and technology progress.
