摘要
为了更好的筛选陆川油茶(Camellia vietnamensis)优良砧木品系,研究了宁明、上思、凭祥3个区域采集的11个陆川油茶单株种子作为砧木嫁接普通油茶(C.oleifera)岑软3号的生长情况。结果表明:除P11嫁接保存率为83.33%外,其余10个家系的嫁接保存率均在90%以上,且所有家系萌芽率也均在90%以上;不同砧木嫁接苗生长情况存在明显差异,P1的地径和梢粗最粗,分别达到4.92、3.16 mm,P8的梢长最长且抽生的新梢叶片数量最多,分别达到20.20 cm和8.23片;利用主成分分析得到综合得分值来评定砧木品系的优劣,最优为P1,分值达1.345 8,其次是P6和P8,最差为P11。
In order to screen for excellent Camellia vietnamensis rootstock strains,the paper studied the growth performance of Camellia oleifera Cenruan No. 3 grafted by the rootstocks from 11 C. vietnamensis plants collected from Ningming,Shangsi and Pingxiang. The results showed that survival rate of P11 was83. 33%,while the rate of the remaining 10 families were all above 90%,and germination rate of all family was above 90%. Besides,obvious differences existed in the grafted seedlings growth among different rootstocks. The ground diameter and shoot diameter increment of P1 were the largest,at 4. 92 mm and 3. 16 mm respectively. The shoot length of P8 was the longest with the most new leaves,reaching at20. 20 cm and 8. 23 leaves respectively. The comprehensive score value was obtained by principal component analysis to evaluate the pros and cons of rootstock strains,and P1 was the best with the score value of 1. 345 8,followed by P6 and P8,while P11 was the worst.
