中外高校学生学术诚信监管及教育体系比较研究

Supervision & Education System for Academic Integrity in Institutions of Higher Education: Comparisons of China and Abroad

我国高等学校学术诚信监管和教育问题日益突出,特别是大学生学术诚信监管与教育乏力。比较研究中外高校在学术诚信管理制度、监管机构、教育方式、教育主体、教育权责等方面的异同,审视我国高校学生学术诚信监管及教育体系存在的缺乏权威性、缺乏可操作性、权责不清等问题。以期为相关工作改进提供参考。

The problem of academic integrity supervision and education is becoming increasingly striking in Chinese institutions of higher education. The academic integrity and education for college students are particularly weak.Thus,it is of great significance to compare with the similarities and differences of regulatory agencies,supervision organizations,education mode,education subject,education rights and liabilities for academic integrity at home and abroad,to examine the problems existing in the academic integrity supervision and education systems such as authority lacking,non- operability,unclear power and responsibility,references for the improvement of some related work.
