摘要
结合互联网和服务经济的特点,分析了互补性资产的内涵和概念边界,并将之划分为3类——生产类、销售类和服务类。根据创新成果商业化过程中不同环节的特点,分析了互联网时代3类互补性资产对创新获利的影响机理。结果显示:创新成果的商业化速度、用户体验、壁垒构筑是互联网时代互补性资产对创新获利的主要影响,而价值创造、价值增值和价值分配是互补性资产影响创新获利的主要环节。最后,对当前中国企业如何通过互补性资产增强创新获利能力提出若干建议。
Combining with the characteristics of Internet times and service economy,this paper discusses the content of complementary assets,and divides it into three categories,namely production,sales and service.According to the characteristics of different segments in the commercialization process of innovation achievement,it analyzes the impact mechanism of three categories of complementary assets on profiting from innovation.The result shows as follows:commercialization speed,users′experience,barrier building are main impacts of complementary asset on profiting from innovation,and value creation,value increment and value distribution are key segments in the impact process of complementary assets on profiting from innovation.Finally,it proposes some suggestions for China′s enterprises to build and utilize complementary assets to enhance the capability of profiting from innovation.
