摘要
目的了解川北医学院校实习生职业倦怠状况及其影响因素,为预防实习生职业倦怠提供依据。方法采用中文版职业倦怠问卷及自行设计的一般情况量表对川北医学院2014届即将完成临床实习的390名实习生进行随机抽样调查,并对数据进行统计分析。发放问卷390份,收回有效问卷356份,有效回收率为91.28%。结果 356名实习生中出现职业倦怠260人(73.03%),轻、中、重度分别占57.02%(203/356)、14.61%(52/356)、1.40%(5/356)。性别、考研情况、实习医院教师对学生态度、经历医患纠纷情况、娱乐方式等因素为实习生职业倦怠的影响因素。结论医学院校实习生作为医务工作者的后备军,是我国医疗卫生事业发展的希望,若职业倦怠等因素造成医疗人才流失,对发展中的医疗卫生事业将产生不利影响,因此,相关教育部门及实习医院应引起高度重视。
Objective To understand the situation of job burnout and influencing factors among interns in North Sichuan Medical College so as to provide the basis for preventing its occurrence. Methods The Chinese version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS) and self-designed general condition questionnaire were used to conduct the random sampling investigation on 390 interns(grade 2014) nearly finishing the clinical practice in a medical college. The obtained data were statistically analyzed. Totally 390 questionnaires were issued and the effective recovery rate was 91.28%. Results Among 356 interns,260 interns(73.03%) appeared job burnout,the mild,moderate and severe job burnout accounted for 57.02%(203/356),14.61%(52/356)and 1.40%(5/356) respectively. The gender,postgraduate entrance examination situation,teaching hospital teachers′ attitudes on interns,experiencing the medical disputes and entertainment mode were the influencing factors of job burnout among medical interns.Conclusion The medical interns as the reserves of medical workers are the hope of the medical and health services development in our country. If the factors of job burnout cause the loss of medical talents,which would produce a negative effect on the development of medical and health services. Therefore,the relevant education departments and teaching hospitals should pay highly attention.
