术前综合护理对食管静脉曲张套扎术患者手术应激的影响

Effect of preoperative comprehensive nursing on surgical stress in patients with esophageal varices ligation operation

目的探讨术前综合护理对食管静脉曲张套扎术患者手术应激的影响。方法选取该院2014年12月至2015年3月收治的80例食管静脉曲张套扎术患者为研究对象,采用随机分配编码的方法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组术前给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合性护理,比较两组的手术应对方式(积极、消极应对评分)、手术应激(心率、呼吸频率、收缩压、舒张压及焦虑程度)及护理满意度。结果观察组积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者进入手术室时的心率、呼吸频率、收缩压、舒张压及焦虑程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前综合护理能够改善食管曲张套扎术患者的应对方式,有效降低患者的手术应激,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative comprehensive nursing on the surgical stress in the patients with esophageal varices ligation operation. Methods Eighty cases of esophageal varices ligation operation in our hospital from December 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine preoperative nursing,and on this basis the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing. The surgical coping style（active,negative coping style score）,surgical stress（heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and anxiety degree） and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The active coping style score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the negative coping style score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and anxiety degree score at entering into the operation room in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistical differences（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The preoperative comprehensive nursing can improve the coping style in the patients with esophageal varices ligation operation,effectively reduces the surgical stress and improves the nursing satisfaction.
