保元真武汤配合西药治疗慢性心功能不全临床观察

Efficacy observation of Baoyuan Zhenwu decoction with western medicine on chronic heart failure

目的:观察保元真武汤治疗慢性心功能不全的临床疗效。方法:将62例慢性心功能不全患者随机分为两组,对照组28例予西药治疗,治疗组34例予西药加服保元真武汤治疗;结果:经过2个疗程治疗后在彩色多普勒超声心功能改善方面治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组临床疗效总有效率64.3%,治疗组临床疗效总有效率88.2%;结论:保元真武汤配合西药治疗慢性心功能不全临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Baoyuan Zhenwu decoction on chronic heart failure.Methods： 62 cases of observed patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. 28 of cases of control group were treated with western medicine,while 34 cases of treatment group were treated with Baoyuan Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine. Results： After two courses of treatment,in the improvement of cardiac function of color doppler ultrasonography and the clinical efficacy,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The clinical total effective rate of control group was 64. 3%,while that of treatment group was 88. 2%. Conclusions： The clinical effect of Baoyuan Zhenwu decoction on chronic heart failure is significant.
