摘要
北京理工大学毛二可、吴嗣亮团队十余年如一日进行矢量脱靶量测量技术研究,获得了2013年度国家技术发明一等奖。通过多次对毛二可院士、吴嗣亮教授及其多名团队成员的访谈,对该团队的创新过程进行了梳理,分析发现:该团队归纳分析了技术目标已知条件下实现技术追赶的创新方式,即以我国现有技术条件基础为研究起点,通过研究系统中的子技术、创新性利用已有技术或者二者相结合形成新的技术路径,以达到甚至超越国外先进技术指标。
Academician Mao Erke and his group's technology innovation in vector miss distance measurement radar study are taken as a typical case in this article. Through the summary and analysis, a new technological catch-up path innovation mode is shown. In order to achieve and even surpass the foreign advanced technology index which we already known, the paper uses existing technology condition as research starting points, make sub-system technology research, and innova- tively uses existing technology or combine both of them forming a new technical trajectory.
