摘要
针对炼油厂渣油循环水换热器特殊的腐蚀环境,对换热器换热管用20钢在渗锌罐中于500℃保温5 h作整体粉末渗锌处理,采用金相显微镜观察渗锌层的金相组织,采用SUPRA55扫描电镜观察渗层表面形貌,采用HV-1000Z显微硬度计测试渗层硬度,以XFORD EDS仪分析了渗层成分,并通过浸泡试验考察了20钢在循环水和渣油中的耐蚀性能。结果表明:试样渗锌层平均厚度达到95μm,渗锌层硬度比基体硬度至少提高了210 HV以上,渗锌后20钢的抗腐蚀性得到显著的提高,渗锌效果良好。
In view of special corrosion environment of the refinery circulating water heat exchanger,20 steel used for the heat exchanger tube was powder-zinc-impregnated at 500℃for 5 h.The microstructure and surface morphology of zinc layer were observed by melallographic microscope and SUPRA55 scanning electron microscopy,and its hardness was measured by HV-1000 Z microhardness tester.Moreover,XFORD EDS instrument was used for the layer composition analysis.Besides,the corrosion resistance of the treated samples in the circulating water and residue oil was examined through the immersion tests.Results showed that the average thickness of zinc layer was 95 μm,and the hardness of the layer was higher than the matrix by at least210 HV.The corrosion resistance of 20 carbon steel alter powder zinc impregnation was improved distinctively.
