母乳喂养对曾患妊娠期糖尿病妇女糖代谢的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究母乳喂养对曾患妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)妇女产后糖代谢的影响。方法:选取确诊的GDM妇女90例,暴露组(母乳喂养5个月及以上)51例,非暴露组(母乳喂养5个月以下)39例,比较两组糖代谢异常发生率,并采用Logistic多因素分层分析控制混杂因素,研究母乳喂养对曾患GDM妇女糖代谢的影响。结果:暴露组糖代谢异常率为43.59%,非暴露组糖代谢异常率为66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic多因素分层分析显示,母乳喂养5个月以下是产后发生糖代谢异常的危险因素之一。结论:母乳喂养可降低曾患GDM妇女产后发生糖代谢异常的风险。 Objective:To investigate the impact of breastfeed on women with history of gestational di-abetes. Method:Selecting confirmed 90 cases of GDM women,exposed group( breast fed for 5 months and above)51 cases,non exposed group( breast feeding under 5 months)39 cases;compa-ring rate of sugar metabolic of both groups,and Logistic Multifactor Stratification was adopted to ana-lyze the history of GDM women. Results:Rate of sugar metabolism abnormalities of exposed group was 43.13%,non-exposed group was 87 . 17%,difference was statistically significant( P﹤0.05 );breast feeding under 5 months is one of the risk factors of sugar metabolic abnormalities by the Logistic multi-factor hierarchical analysis. Conclusion:Rate of sugar metabolic abnormalities in women with history of gestational diabetes could be reduced by breast feeding.
