摘要
对浆态床反应器内泡罩浮阀式气体分布器组的流动状况进行了详细的数值模拟研究,得到了气体分布器组合间距的范围。在600mm浆态床反应器冷模试验装置上,考察了气体分布器对反应器内物流流体力学性能的影响,对分布器径向影响区的变化规律进行研究,验证了气体分布器的组合间距,并将模拟结果与冷模实验的数据结果作了对比分析。计算结果表明,正常工况下采用泡罩浮阀式气体分布器组,整个床层处于湍流鼓泡区;气体分布器在分布盘上的布置间距推荐为130-150mm;分配盘上的分布器应在合理范围内进行调整,以消除反应器下沿内部附近存在较大的涡旋,避免催化剂的沉积。
Numerical simulation of flow in a slurry bed reactor was carried out.The pitch range of the gas distributors is got.Effects of the gas distributor in the reactor on the performance of fluid mechanics were investigated.Mainly from the average gas holdup,local gas holdup,bubble size and the affected zone were studied.Simulation results were compared with the data of an experiment.The research results show that the whole bed is in a turbulent bubbling area.The spacing distribution in gas distributor on the disc should generally in 130-150mm.Distribution disc distributor should be in a reasonable range adjustment,eliminate the reactor along the interior near the existing large vortex and avoid catalyst deposition.
