摘要
通过改进前驱体共沉淀工艺,促使Ni^(2+)、Co^(2+)和Al^(3+)的反应历程都包括络合和沉淀两种平衡,得到均质前驱体Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)(OH)_(2.05);通过在LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_2表面包覆质量分数1%Li_3PO_4,材料的循环性能得到较大改善,尤其是60℃下的高温循环性能,1 C循环50次后依然有88.4%的容量保持率;同时材料的倍率性能也得到较大改善,5 C/1 C>85%;制备与改性方法适合商业化生产。
Uniformity LiNi0.8Co0.15(OH)2.05 precursor was prepared by promoting coprecipitation technology, actuating the equilibrium of complexation and precipitation of Ni^2+,Co^2+and Al^3+ during reaction process. The cycling performances, especially at high temperature of 60 ℃, and rate capabilities of 1% Li3PO4coated LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 are improved significantly. The capacity retention is 88.4% after 50 cycles at 1 C and the ratio of discharge capacity at 5 C and 1 C is 85%. Besides its excellent performance, aforementioned preparation and modification are suitable for commercial procreation.
