摘要
采用固相法制备出掺杂镁、铝的镍钴锰三元氧化物LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2的单晶材料。采用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD),扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)和恒电流充放电测试等方法对该材料的结构、形貌及电化学性能进行表征。结果表明,材料具有较好的层状结构,在3~4.4 V下,扣式电池0.1放电比容量可达186.7 m Ah/g,全电池1 300次循环后放电比容量仍为初始放电容量的98%,是一种电化学性能优异的三元正极复合材料。
High voltage monocrystalline LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 cathode material was prepared by using high-temperature sintering technique. To improve the rate capacity and conductivity, cathode material was doped with metal AI, Mg. The crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of the doped and coated samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and galvanostatic charge/dischanarge. The results indicate that the material has layered crystal structure and its morphology is well monocrystalline. The discharge capacity is 186.7 mAh/g at 3-4.4 V at 0.1 C, and the coulombic efficiency is about 98% o The material is an excellent high voltage moncrystalline cathode material with high discharge specific capacity.
