基于反激同步整流技术的电池均衡装置研究 被引量:1

摘要 电动汽车动力电池组单体电压不一致会导致电池性能下降,寿命缩短。应用同步整流技术,研制了一款动力电池均衡充电装置,通过均衡装置的快速充电,消除了单体性能差异对电池组的可靠性影响,降低了电动汽车的运营及维护成本。实验及实际应用情况表明,该设计运行可靠、各项指标满足要求,且成本较低,具有很强的市场竞争力。 The voltage difference of electric vehicle power battery can cause the decline of battery performance and shorten service life. A power battery equalization charging device was developed by using synchronous rectification technology. The quick charge balancing device eliminates the impact of monomer performance difference on the reliability of the battery pack and reduces the operation and maintenance cost of electric vehicles. Experiments and practical application show that the design operates reliably, the indicators meet the requirements, the cost is low, and the design has very strong market competitiveness.
