摘要
以某微型纯电动汽车作为研究对象,在理论计算和工程分析的基础上,对电机、电池及传动系传动比进行参数匹配,并利用AVL cruise仿真软件建立电动汽车的蓄电池、电动机、传动系、车身等仿真模型,对加速性能、最高车速、最大爬坡度和续驶里程等动力性能进行仿真研究,此外还进行制动能量回馈控制系统的仿真分析。仿真结果分析表明,该微型电动汽车动力系统参数匹配合理,可对电动汽车动力系统的研究提供一定的参考,促进电动汽车的发展。
A micro electric vehicle was used as the research object, and the parameters of the electric motor, the battery and the transmission ratio of the transmission system were matched with the theoretical calculation and engineering analysis. The simulation models of battery, electric motor, transmission system and body of the electric vehicle were built by using AVL cruise. At the same time, the acceleration performance, maximum speed, maximum climb gradient and driving range were researched. The simulation analysis of the energy feedback control system of the braking was carried out. The simulation results show that the parameters of the power system of the micro electric vehicle are reasonable. It provides a reference for the research on the transmission system and promotes the development of electric vehicles.
