Design and electromagnetic performance analysis of new absorbing materials

摘要 通过双层和三层设计,吸波材料与空间波阻抗匹配优良,电磁波损耗特性适宜,并测试了吸波材料的吸波性能和力学性能。实验结果表明:双层和三层水泥基吸波板在2~18 GHz频率范围内低于-10 d B的有效带宽分别为3.7和10.8 GHz,双层水泥基吸波材料的力学性能优于三层材料,掺0.5%碳纳米管能有效提高其抗压强度。 By designing of double and triple layers, the absorbing materials match with space wave impedance and have excellent electromagnetic loss characteristics. The absorbing properties and mechanical properties of cement-based materials were investigated. Results show that the effective bandwidth of the double and triple layers of cement-based absorbing plate below --10 dB in 2-18 GHz frequency range are 3.7 and 10.8 GHz. Mechanical properties of double cement-based absorbing materials are superior to the triple ones, and the compressive strength of absorbing materials can be improved by mixing with 5% carbon nanotube.
