摘要
对蕤核多糖脱色素工艺进行优化研究。通过均匀设计试验法U5(54),对多糖溶液p H、树脂添加量、吸附时间、震荡转速4个因素进行了研究,以脱色率和多糖回收率为衡量指标,得到最佳的提取工艺。研究结果表明最佳提取工艺参数为,多糖溶液p H=4.0、树脂添加量4 g、吸附时间4 h、振荡频率100 r/min,在此条件下,蕤核果实多糖溶液的脱色率和多糖回收率可达82.7%、80.2%。
The polysaccharide of Prinsepia uniflora Batal depigmentation process optimization was researched. The uniform experimental design method U5(54), 4 factors on the polysaccharide solution pH, adding amount of resin, adsorption time, shock speed was studied. The decolorization rate and the recovery rate of polysaccha-rides were measured ,the best extraction process was achieved. The research results showed that the optimum extraction process parameters were as follow:the polysaccharide solution with pH of 4, the shock speed 90 r/min, the adsorption time 5 h, the resin addition amount of 5 g . Under these conditions, decolorization of Prinsepia uniflora Batal fruit polysaccharide solution was up to 82.7%, 80.2%rate of recovery of polysaccharide.
