摘要
对烟花苷的提取工艺进行了研究。以烟花苷含量为评价指标,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数对烟花苷提取率的影响。在单因素试验基础之上,设计四因素三水平正交试验,确定提取睡莲花烟花苷的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶30(g/m L),提取时间0.5 h,提取次数3次。在此工艺条件下,睡莲花中烟花苷的平均含量为(3.213±0.029)mg/g。
The extracting technology of nicotiflorin from Nymphaea candida Presl. were studied. The nicotiflorin was used to evaluate the effect of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extracting time and extraction times on the extracting rate. Based on the single-factor experiment the orthogonal experiments of four factors and three levels were found as follows:the ethanol concentration 70%, olid-liquid ratio 1∶30 (g/mL), the extraction time 0.5 h, extraction for 3 times. In the best conditions the content of nicotiflorin from Nymphaea candida Presl. were(3.213±0.029) mg/g.
