摘要 建立以QuEChERSEMR-Lipid为前处理测定动物源性食品中8种β-受体激动剂的LC-MS/MS方法。样品经粉碎混匀后加入pH为5.2乙酸-乙酸铵溶液,以β-盐酸葡萄糖醛酸苷酶/芳基硫酸酯酶酶解,酶解液经QuEChERSEMR-Lipid净化后,取乙腈层与0.1%的甲酸水溶液混合上LC-MS/MS进行分析。8种β-受体激动剂在测定浓度范围内线性关系良好,各组分相关系数R^2>0.998,加标回收率范围79.1%~94.8%,方法精密度范围5.4%~9.4%,测定各组分β-受体激动剂检出限范围0.2μg/kg^0.4μg/kg,定量限范围0.5μg/kg^1.0μg/kg。 A method with QuEChERS EMR-Lipid pretreatment for the determination of 8β-agonists in animal tissues by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) was established. The crushed sample was added to sodium acetate (pH 5.2) and enzymatic hydrolysis byβ-Glucuronidase/Arysulfatase. The sample was purified by QuEChERS EMR-Lipid and took the acetonitrile mixed with 0.1%formic acid solution, then detected by LC-MS/MS. The 8 kinds ofβ-agonists showed good linear relationship between the concentration range, components correlation coefficient R^2〉0.998, standard addition recovery range between 79.1%-94.8%, precision range 5.4 %-9.4 %, LOD components range 0.2 μg/kg-0.4 μg/kg and LOQ components range 0.5μg/kg-1.0μg/kg.
