摘要
建立快速、简便、高效、准确测定安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠和脱氢乙酸的高效液相色谱方法。将月饼样品充分粉碎,加超纯水,用超声辅助提取,过滤后定容,0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤上机检测。5种食品添加剂在1.00μg/mL^50.00μg/mL的范围具有良好线性,相关系数在0.995以上,加标回收率在90%~100%之间,RSD在5%以内,表明试验方法准确可靠。
A rapid, simple, efficient and accurate method based on HPLC was developed for determination of acesulfame potassium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, sodium saccharin and dehydroacetic acid in moon cake. The moon cake sample was ultrasonically extracted by ultrasonic extraction with ultrapure water, the supernatant was constant volume after filtered with hrapure water, then the sample was tested after filtered by 0.45 μm microp- orous membrane. The linear range of the method was 1.00 μg/mL-50.00 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.995. The average recovery among 90 % and 100 %, relative standard deviations (RSD) within 5 %, which in- dicated the research method was accurate and reliable.
