天麻钩藤饮联合黛力新治疗偏头痛40例疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating 40 cases of migraine with Tianma Gouteng Yin plus Deanxit

目的:观察天麻钩藤饮联合黛力新治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:将80例偏头痛患者随机分成两组,对照组口服黛力新和西比灵;治疗组在对照组基础上服用天麻钩藤饮。结果:治疗组患者的头痛发作次数、头痛程度和头痛发作持续时间均显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合黛力新治疗偏头痛疗效较好。

Objective： To observe efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Yin plus Deanxit on migraine- Methods： 80 patients were divided into two groups- The control group was treated with Deanxit plus Sibelium; and the treatment group was given Tianma Gouteng Yin more- Results： Headache attack times, headache degree and duration of headache were decreased obviously in the treatment group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）- Conclusion： Tianma Gouteng Yin plus Deanxit on migraine shows a good effect.
