鲜竹叶模拟中药煎剂中铅含量的测定

Determination of lead content in simulated TCM decoction mainly made with fresh bamboo leaves

使用石墨炉原子吸收法,测定了竹叶模拟水煎剂中的铅含量相当于竹叶中的铅含量0.25μg/g。以随机统计的处方中的饮片总克数为依据,推算了一剂中药水煎剂中的总含铅量,这个值远小于5mg/kg。

Through graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, lead content in simulated TCM decoction mainly made with fresh bamboo leaves was determined, and corresponded to 0.25μg/g in the fresh bamboo leaves- On the basis of the total content of TCM prescriptions which were summarized randomly, lead content in a TCM prescription was determined; the value was much lower than 5mg/kg.
