针灸推拿治疗功能性腹胀30例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of functional abdominal distension by acupuncture and massage

目的:观察针灸推拿治疗功能性腹胀的疗效。方法:将60例功能性腹胀患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,采用针灸推拿治疗;对照组30例,给予西药枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗。结果:治疗组显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%。对照组显效9例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率为70.00%。经统计学处理,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针灸推拿治疗功能性腹胀临床疗效优于西药枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,因此针灸推拿是治疗功能性腹胀的有效方法。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture and massage on functional abdominal distension- Methods： 60 cases were divided into 2 groups- 30 cases in the treatment group were given acupuncture and massage- 30 cases in the control group took mosapride citrate tablets- Results： In the treatment group, 18 cases were effective; 10 cases were a little effective; 2 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 93.33%- In the control group, 9 cases were effective; 12 cases were a little effective; 9 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 70.00%- The efficacy was better in the treatment group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The efficacy of acupuncture and massage on functional abdominal distension was better in clinic.
