自拟“乳腺三穴”埋线配合自我按摩疗法治疗乳腺增生的疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating eccyclomastopathy by catgut embedding therapy plus massage

目的:通过对穴位埋线"乳腺三穴"治疗乳腺增生的临床研究,探讨肩井、天宗、足三里三穴埋线疗法对乳腺增生的疗效机制。方法:在某社区门诊选取40例乳腺增生病患者,随机分为穴位埋线配合自我按摩治疗组21例,自我按摩对照组19例,对比两组患者治疗前后疗效指标分析。结果:两组治疗前后VAS评分、疗效方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:自拟"乳腺三穴"埋线疗法可以改善乳腺增生患者临床症状,且具有针数少、痛苦小、见效快、患者依从性高的优点。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of catgut embedding therapy on eccyclomastopathy- Methods： 40 cases were divided into the treatment group（21 cases） and the massage group（19 cases）- Results： The differences of VAS scores and efficacy between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Catgut embedding therapy can improve clinical symptoms, with little pain and safety.
