独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction

目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:我院于2012年11月-2014年12月对108例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行回顾性分析,随机分为实验组和对照组各54例,对照组采用西药进行治疗,实验组采用独活寄生汤加减进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组的总有效率(98.1%)明显高于对照组(79.6%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的疼痛缓解时间和消失时间明显短于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的复发率(1.9%)明显低于对照组(18.5%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以明显减少患者的腰部疼痛,加快患者的恢复,减少复发,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on lumbar disc herniation- Methods： 108 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from November 2012 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 54 cases in each- The control group were treated with western medicine; the experimental group was given the Duhuo Jisheng decoction- Clinical effects were observed in two groups- Results： The total efficiency was 98.1% in the experimental group, and significantly higher than 79.6% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）- The pain relief time and disappearing time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）- The recurrence rate was 1-9% in the experimental group, and significantly lower than 18.5% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）- Conclusion： The Duhuo Jisheng decoction on lumbar disc herniation can significantly reduce the patient＇s waist pain, accelerate patient recovery, reduce recurrence and has important clinical significances.
