中医辨证治疗46例儿童季节性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性研究

Clinical effects and safety of TCM differential treatment on 46 children seasonal urticaria

目的:对中医辨证治疗儿童季节性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性进行研究,为临床治疗提供指导。方法:选取我院2013年6月-2014年6月治疗的96例儿童季节性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,将其按就诊号分为观察组和对照组。观察组46例,按照中医辨证进行治疗;对照组50例,按常规治疗方式予以治疗。治疗后就疗效、安全性等数据进行组间比较及统计学分析。结果:观察组总有效率为91.3%,高于对照组的76.0%,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为17.4%,显著低于对照组的32.0%(P<0.05);观察组总依从率为95.7%,显著优于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗儿童季节性荨麻疹具有疗效显著、安全性高、依从率高等优势,用于临床安全可行。

Objective： Clinical effects and safety of TCM dialectical treatment on 46 children with seasonal urticaria were researched for more reference. Methods： 96 cases as research objects in our hospital were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group. 46 cases in the control group were given TCM differential treatment. 50 cases in the control group received conventional therapy. Results： The total efficiency in the observed group was 91.3%, higher than 76.0% in the control group, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction was 17.4%, obviously lower than 32.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total compliance in the observed group was 95.7%, obviously better than 80.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM differential treatment on seasonal urticarial in children showed significant effects, with higher safety and compliance and so on, was worthy of promotion.
