观察中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的效果

Effective observation on treating helicobacter pylori positive in patients with chronic gastritis in TCM

目的:观察中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的效果。方法:选取2011年6月-2015年6月我院门诊收治住院的208例慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者,依照住院号尾号的奇偶数进行分组,分为治疗组和对照组各104例,治疗组患者采用口服中药失笑散加减和枸橼酸铋钾、克拉霉素、阿莫西林三联疗法进行治疗,对照组患者采用口服中药香砂六君子加减和奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林三联疗法进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:对比两组治疗效果,治疗组治疗总有效率为96.2%,对照组治疗总有效率为86.5%,两组对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论:中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者,临床治疗效果较好,值得应用推广。

Objective： To observe efficacy of the TCM phase therapy on helicobacter pylori positive in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods： From June 2011 to June 2015, 208 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 104 cases for each. The treatment group was given Shixiao San plus triple therapy with Bismuth potassium citrate, Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin; and the control group was given the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction plus triple therapy with Omeprazole, Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin. Clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： The total efficiency was 96.2% in the treatment group, and 86.5% in the control group, with significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM phase therapy on helicobacter pylori positive in patients with chronic gastritis shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
