中西医结合治疗哮喘急性发作期效果探讨

Effective investigation of the integrative medicine on acute attack of asthma

目的:分析中西医结合治疗哮喘急性发作期患儿的临床效果。方法:抽选2011年3月-2013年4月我院医治的哮喘急性发作期患儿40例,按就诊编号分成两组(中西医组、西医组),中西医组患儿给予中西药联合治疗,西医组患儿给予临床西药治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:中西医组患儿临床治疗好转率为95.0%,咳嗽、喘息、咯痰等症状消退时间和西医组(好转率70.0%)相比,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:给予哮喘急性发作期患儿中西医药物治疗,效果明显,可缩短患儿咳嗽、喘息等时间,加快康复进程,意义重大。

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on acute attack of asthma in children. Methods： 40 patients with acute attack of asthma in our hospital from March 2011 to April 2013 were divided into two groups（the integrative medicine group and the western medicine group） according to the treatment number. The integrative medicine group was given TCM medicine and western medicine; the western medicine group was treated with western medicine. The clinical efficacy was compared in two groups. Results： The clinical improvement rate（95.0%） and symptom resolution time of cough, wheeze, cough up phlegm in the integrative medicine group were better than those in the western medicine group（the clinical improvement rate was 70.0%）. The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on acute attack of asthma in children shows an obvious effect, can shorten the time of cough, wheeze, and speed up the progress of rehabilitation, with great significance.
