针药并用治疗支气管哮喘68例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 68 cases of bronchial asthma by acupuncture plus medicine

目的:探讨分析针药并用治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2013年4月-2014年12月我院接治的136例支气管哮喘患者的临床记录资料。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为92.65%,相比于对照组的79.41%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的FEV1、FEV1%均高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针药并用治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus medicine on bronchial asthma. Methods： 136 cases were recorded and analyzed. Results： The total efficiency was 92.65% in the treatment group, and 79.41% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, FEV1 and FEV1% were higher in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus medicine was effective on bronchial asthma, and worthy of promotion.
