不孕不育症运用补肾扶正汤治疗的疗效分析

An effective analysis of the Bushen Fuzheng decoction on infertility

目的:探究在不孕不育的临床治疗中应用补肾扶正汤的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年6月在我院接受治疗的免疫性不孕不育患者165例,按照随机分组原则将其分为对照组和治疗组,分别为82例、83例,其中对照组患者进行常规西药治疗,治疗组患者则在西医治疗的同时进行补肾扶正汤中药治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率为90.4%,对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为70.7%,治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著且具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:在免疫性不孕不育的临床治疗中应用补肾扶正汤治疗能够显著改善其临床治疗效果,故值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of the Bushen Fuzheng decoction on infertility. Methods： 165 cases of immune infertility in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were divided into the control group（82 cases） and treatment group（83 cases） according to the principle of randomization. The control group was given conventional western medicine; the treatment group received the Bushen Fuzheng decoction more. The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： The clinical efficiency was 90.4% in the treatment group, obviously higher than 70.7% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Bushen Fuzheng decoction on immune infertility can significantly improve the clinical effect, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
