摘要
目的:分析研究急诊护理中医疗纠纷的防范与处理对策。方法:选取我院2011年11月-2014年3月发生的14例急诊护理医疗纠纷案例进行分析研究,对于医疗纠纷发生的原因进行回顾总结,并分析其防范与处理对策。结果:护理人员服务态度差、操作疏忽以及对于病情的观察不仔细、患者对急救护理的期望值过高等是导致急诊护理中医疗纠纷发生的主要原因。结论:转变护理理念、提高自我保护意识、严格规范护理操作、加强急救护理业务培训以及公正、客观、妥善处理纠纷是避免医疗纠纷发生与减小医疗纠纷影响的有效措施。
Objective: To analyze preventing from medical disputes and measures in emergency nursing. Methods: 14 cases were analyzed and studied, in order to summarize the preventing and handling methods. Results: Poor service attitude of nurses, negligent operation, careless observation for the disease, and too high expectations for emergency care were the causes of medical disputes. Conclusion: Changing the concept of care, improving self.protection awareness, strictly regulating nursing operation, enhancing the training and the fair, objective and effective measures were effective methods to avoid medical disputes, and can reduce the influence of medical disputes.
