摘要
根据某汽轮机动叶片变截面型面、曲率变化较大、叶根平台圆柱面结构、叶冠平台圆锥结构的特点,提出采用四轴联动加工的方法。用Master CAM软件进行曲面造型,用Pro/E软件进行叶根叶冠平台以及圆角的造型并编制刀具轨迹,通过专用后置处理软件得到G代码程序;然后通过数控立式四轴加工中心加工出汽道型线以及圆柱和圆锥平台,从而得出一种利用四轴加工中心加工圆柱圆锥冠结构的动叶片工艺方法。
According to the characteristics of the surface belongs to variable cross-section of the moving blade of a turbine, the visible change of curvature, the cylindrical surface structure of the blade root platform, the cone structure of blade tips shroud platform, the four-axis linkage machining method was proposed.The MasterCAM software was used in the modeling for surface, and the Pro/E software was used in the modeling for the blade root and shroud platform and the fillet and in tools trace programming.The G-code pro-gram was obtained through specialized post-process software.The four-axis vertical type machining center was used to process the blade profile of steam passage, the cylindrical and the cone platform.Consequently, the process method for using four-axis machining center to process the cylindrical and cone crown structure moving blade is obtained.
