摘要
针对偏心轮结构的重卡电动单柱塞泵存在冲击大、颤振现象严重等问题,通过柱塞的运动学分析,探明产生颤振现象的原因,并通过建立电动单柱塞泵的数学模型,对其锁合弹簧刚度进行了改进设计。结果表明:该设计方法是可行的,能有效地避免颤振现象,可为高性能重卡电动泵的研制提供理论参考。
Focusing on the existing problems that the impact was heavy and the flutter phenomenon was serious of an electric sin -gle piston pump with eccentric structure for heavy trucks, the reasons of producing flutter phenomenon were ascertained by kinematics analysis for the piston, and the locking spring stiffness was designed by establishing the mathematical model of the electric single piston pump.The results show that the design method is feasible by which the occurrence of flutter phenomenon can be avoided effectively.It provides a theoretical reference for the development of high performance electric pump for heavy truck.
