摘要
针对基于经验和数学推导得出的射流管式电液伺服阀各部分数学关系,得到的动态特性不够精确的问题,分别对射流管电液伺服阀的衔铁反馈组件刚度、力矩马达的电磁力矩以及射流管接收器的流场,运用有限元分析工具得出了具有物理意义的数据,运用MATLAB拟合得到它们之间的数学关系。将上述拟合得到的数学关系用Simulink进行多物理场联合仿真,进而得到阀整体的输入输出关系、频率响应和阶跃响应规律,可以比较准确地反映阀实际的工作状态,仿真结果与实际工作过程相吻合,同时在有限元分析过程中考虑了材料和关键设计尺寸的影响,从而为射流管式电液伺服阀整体设计提供了新的思路。
The dynamic features of the jet pipe servo valve are inaccurate when its mathematical relationship is deduced according to experience and mathematical derivation.Aiming at the jet pipe electro hydraulic servo valve armature feedback component stiffness, torque motor electromagnetic torque and the flow field of the jet pipe receiver, finite element analysis tool was used to get the physical significance data, then MATLAB was used to fit the mathematical relationship among the data.The multi-field simulation was made. Then the frequency response and step response relationship between input and output of the whole valve were gotten which could accu-rately reflect the actual valve work state.The simulation results coincide with the actual work process and the influences of materials and key design dimensions are considered in the finite element analysis.It provides a new idea for the jet pipe servo valve design.
