摘要
100%低地板轻轨车是目前城市轨道交通系统中发展十分迅速的交通形式。由于它采用低地板结构,导致车下空间狭小,需采用体积较小的液压制动系统。针对应用最普遍的2M1T模块的100%低地板轻轨车制动系统进行研究,在提出制动系统方案的基础上运用AMESim软件完成制动系统建模,选择超员载荷工况下的最大常用制动和紧急制动两种制动工况进行仿真分析,仿真结果验证了该方案的正确性,可对100%低地板轻轨车制动系统的研究与开发提供参考。
100%low floor light rail vehicle is a transportation form which is developed very rapidly in urban rail transit systems. Due to its structure with low floor, the space underneath is narrow, so 100%low floor light rail vehicle has to use hydraulic braking system, which has smaller volume.The research on the widely used 100%low floor light rail vehicle braking system which was consis-ted of 2M1T was carried out.On the basis, the scheme of braking system was proposed, the braking system was modeled by using AMESim software.Then full service braking and emergency braking in overcrowding load condition were chosen to be simulated and an-alyzed.The correctness of the scheme was verified by simulation results.The simulation results can provide reference for research and development of 100%low floor light rail vehicle braking system.
