摘要
为解决超静定液压支架调架过程中立柱无法同时升降的问题,对比各种同步回路,选择同步缸同步回路。借鉴传统同步回路,设计新型同步回路控制策略,搭建新型控制回路AMESim模型并进行仿真。根据输出数据进行定量分析,研究各个支路的状态,确定同步回路的工作状态。
In order to solve the problem of pillar synchronous obstacles in up and down, and adjustable difficulty of hyperstatic hydraulic support, by contrasting several synchronization circuits, synchronization cylinder synchronization circuit was selected.The new synchronization control circuit was designed by referenced to traditional synchronization circuit, a model of the new control circuit was established and simulated by AMESim.Quantitative analysis was carried out according to the output data.The state of each branch circuit was researched, and the working state of the synchronization circuit was determinated.
