摘要
BJ493ZLQ4A柴油机是在原BJ493ZLQ3基础上,通过对燃烧、喷油系统进行改进设计后升级到国5排放水平的,改进后其润滑系统发生重大改变,需要重新分析计算润滑系统性能。依据润滑系统管路结构、技术参数及指标,应用Flowmaster软件完成对BJ493ZLQ4A柴油机润滑系统的建模,并采用小或大机滤方案,对柴油机润滑系统在不同转速情况下的润滑能力如机油流量与压力值等进行分析计算。计算得到的主油道压力值与试验值非常吻合,验证所建模型的正确性。计算结果表明:大机滤方案的主油道压力和最大机油量均满足设计要求。
BJ493ZLQ4A diesel engine is based on the primary model of BJ493ZLQ3,the exhaust level is upgraded to National GB5 through improving the design of combustion and injection systems. Significant changes have occurred in the diesel lubrication system,so it need to analyze and calculate the lubrication system properties.According to the structures,technical parameters and indexes of the lubrication system,the lubrication system model of BJ493ZLQ4 A diesel engine was established with Flowmaster.The properties of the diesel engine lubrication system,such as the oil flow rate and pressure at different speed were analyzed according to the schemes of choosing big or small oil filters.The calculated values of the main oil channel pressure are in good agreement with the experimental results,which verify the correctness of the proposed model.The calculation results show that the values of main oil channel pressure and maximum oil flow rate for the scheme of choosing big oil filter are satisfied with the requirements of design.
