学术论文应该引用和著录参考文献。不过，至今为止，不少学术论文作者没有给予足够的重视。其实，参考文献是撰写学术论文的基础。它既可体现科学研究的继承性，也能表明作者研究的深广度，还可以防止知识产权问题，甚至增加学术论文在科研学术研究上的其他效益。学术论文作者应该树立参考文献质量和数量都充分的意识。

Academic papers should quote and descript reference. However, so far,many au- thors of academic papers have not paid enough attention to it. Actually,reference is the basic of writing academic paper. It can reflect the inheritance of scientific research, indicate the deep breadth of authors＇ research, prevent the problems of intellectual property rights,and even increase many other benefits of research on scientific learning of academic papers. The authors of academic papers should establish the consciousness that both the qualities and numbers of reference should be adequate enough.
