中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流并腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流并腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法:选取本院2012年1月-2015年7月入院治疗的64例结核性包裹性胸腔积液患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方案的不同分为观察组31例与对照组33例,在合理抗结核、对症治疗基础上,观察组患者给予双腔中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流并腔内注入尿激酶治疗,对照组患者给予胸腔穿刺抽取积液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生情况少于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床应用双腔中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流配合腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液,临床疗效确切,并发症少发。 Objective To investigate the central venous catheter lumen chest tube drainage and urokinase clinical effect of parcel tuberculous pleural effusion. Methods Our hospital from January 2012 to July 2015 64 hospitalized patients with tuberculous encapsulated pleural effusion patients as research subjects. According to different treatment options divided into observation group and control group 31 cases, 33 cases in reasonable TB, symptomatic treatment, based on the observation group were treated with central venous catheter chest tube drainage and intracavitary urokinase therapy, the control group He was treated with pleural effusion puncture extraction. Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and complications were observed. Results The treatment of patients with total effective rate was significantly higher in patients, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Patients with complications in the observation group than the control group, the incidence of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of central venous catheter drainage of pleural cavity with urokinase treatment of tuberculous encapsulated pleural effusion, clinical efficacy, fewer complications hair, worthy of clinical application.
