多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能的影响

Doxofylline with Tiotropium Powder for Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and its Influence on Lung Function

目的:分析对慢性阻塞性肺疾病采用多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗的疗效以及对肺功能的影响。方法:选取本院2014年12月至2015年12月收治的82例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例和观察组42例,对照组行单独多索茶碱治疗,观察组行多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗。对比两组患者疗效及肺功能的各项指标。结果:观察组患者的肺功能各项指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床疗效明显较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,其疗效显著,且能有效提高患者的各项肺功能指标。

Objective To evaluate the comparative efficacy in patients with uterine fibroids of different surgical methods and the impact on the patient＇s endocrine status. Methods Yangjiang Chinese Medicine Hospital of Respiratory Medicine, December 2014- December 2015 were treated 82 cases of COPD patients as this study. Using randomly divided into 42 cases in the control group 40 cases and observation group and the control group underwent separate Doxofylline treatment, observation group underwent Doxofylline with tiotropium powder combination therapy. Compare the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and indicators of lung function. Results Lung function indicators of patients in the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）; clinical observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect by using Doxofylline with tiotropium powder combination therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is significant, and which can effectively improve the patient＇s lung function.
