大孤山铁矿西北边帮岩体不连续面3GSM不接触测量

3GSM Non-contact Measurement of Rock Mass Discontinuity Plane in Dagushan Iron Mine Northwest Bentch

摘要 露天矿山边坡岩体不连续面人工测量所获数据全面详实、准确可靠,但工作效率较低,在平台滑塌、崩塌落石、矿体周边等特殊地点受限而无法测量。该文以大孤山铁矿西北帮为例介绍了一种3D摄影数字图像处理技术—3GSM不接触测量系统。该方法适用于边帮各种环境,借助三维高清立体图像和图像计算处理技术可快速有效地完成边帮岩体不连续面采集测量、计算处理、归纳分组,获得倾向倾角、间距迹长等详细的几何信息,圈定优势不连续面组,为确定岩体类型和质量、不连续面网络模拟、分析判断边帮台阶破坏模式和稳定状况提供可靠的基础数据。 The artificial measurement of discontinuity plane of open mine slope can obtain the comprehensive,informative, accurate and reliable information. But it is lower efficiency and it can' t measure in the special locations such as platform slide, rockfall, around the ore and so on. This paper takes the northwest bentch of Dagushan iron mine for example, a 3D photography digital image processing technique: 3GSM non-contact measurement is introduced. This method is suitable to every bentch environment. Using the 3D high definition image and image calculation processing technology, the collection measurement, calculation processing, induction group can be finished quickly. The detailed geometric information such as tendency, pitch angle, and pitch trace length and so on can be obtained. The advantage discontinuity plane groups are delineated . These provide reliable basis data for rock types and quality, network simulation of discontinuity plane, analyzing and judging the failure model and stability for side step.
