摘要 目的:探讨语音训练对先天性腭裂及功能性语音障碍等疾病语言康复的疗效。方法对27例腭裂术后语音治疗患者实施为期28天规范的辨听、鼓气及唇舌运动训练,并进行录音评估,比较治疗前后的语音清晰度和清晰发音数量。结果患者语音清晰度较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),训练后清晰发音者数量较训练前明显增加(P<0.05)。结论规范的语音训练可显著改善患者的发音,通过系统规范的语音训练及患者家属的配合,先天性腭裂及功能性语音障碍等语言发音疾病的语言康复有较为明显的效果,值得在临床中广泛应用。 Objective To explore the efficacy of speech training in the rehabilitation of patients with congenital cleft palate and functional speech disorders.Methods Twenty-seven patients after cleft palate surgery received standardized auditory perception, air-blowing and lip and tongue movement training for 28 days. Their recordings were assessed and analyzed to compare the speech intelligibility before and after the training.Results The speech intelligibility after the training was significantly improved as compared with that before the training(P〈0.05). After the training, 3 children could pronounce clearly, with a percentage significantly higher than that before the training(P〈0.05).Conclusion Standardized speech trainings can obviously improve the pronunciation of patients with congenital cleft palate and functional speech disorders, so it is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
