摘要
背景肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension, PAH)是一种常见的全身性疾病。研究发现PAH患者损伤部位的肺动脉平滑肌细胞伴有能量代谢异常,葡萄糖转运蛋(glucosetransporter,GLUT)-1异常高表达。目的探讨GLUT-1在PAH中的研究进展,为治疗PAH提供新的治疗策略。内容介绍GLUT-1的特性,探讨其在PAH疾病中上调的机制。趋向GLUT-1可能成为治疗PAH的新靶点,为PAH的治疗提供新方向。
Backgroud Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a common systemic disease. The study found the site of injury in patients with PAH associated with pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cell energy metabolism, glucose transporter (GLUT)-1 abnormally high expression. Objective The aim of this review is to discuss the role of GLUT-1 in PAH, provide new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of PAH. Content At first, the characteristics of GLUT-1 were introduced. Secondly, we explored the mechanism of disease increases in PAH. Trend GLUT-1 may be a new target for the treatment of PAH, providing new directions for the treatment of PAH.
