髓母细胞瘤功能磁共振成像的研究进展 被引量:1

Application of functional magnetic resonance imaging in medulloblastoma

摘要 髓母细胞瘤是儿童常见的中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,侵袭性高,易复发,预后较差,严重影响儿童的健康及生命质量。近年,先进的磁共振功能成像技术,包括弥散加权成像(DWI)、弥散张量成像(DTI)及氢质子波谱成像(1H-MRS)作为无创性影像诊断新技术,在髓母细胞瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后评估等方面显示出重要的临床价值,并取得了一些新进展。本文对DWI、DTI及1H-MRS在髓母细胞瘤中的应用研究及进展作一综述。 Medulloblastoma was a common malignant, invasive neoplasm of the central nervous system occurring in children. This disease had the characteristics of easy recurrence and the prognosis remained relatively poor, which heavily influenced healthy and quality of life of children. In recent years, advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques such as diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)and 1H- magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H- MRS) were the new noninvasive technique of diagnostic imaging to be used in the diagnosis and prognosis of medulloblastoma, which showed very significant clinical value and made some new progress. In this study, we talked about the DWI, DTI and 1H-MRS used in medulloblastoma.
