强化设备监理行业事中事后监管

本文首先简要回顾了设备监理单位资格行政许可在上海市工程设备监理行业发展中曾起到的重要作用,分析了取消设备监理单位资格会带来的影响,并由此提出了加强事中事后监管的相关设想,以期为设备监理事业可持续发展建言献策。

This paper briefly reviews the importance of plant engineering consultant administrative qualification license in the development of Shanghai plant engineering consulting service industry in the past. Then on this basis, this paper analyzes the impact of canceling the qualification of the Department of Equipment Supervision, and proposes the idea of promoting regulation during and after for the sustainable development of plant engineering consulting service.
